Mobile Transthoracic Echocardiography · Greater Tampa Bay Area
Physician-led mobile transthoracic echocardiography — advanced cardiac diagnostics brought directly to you, on your schedule, by a board-certified cardiologist and echo specialist.
Physician & Founder
EchoFlow Health was founded by Neil Shah, MD, FACC — a board-certified cardiologist with subspecialty certification in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Shah completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania and his cardiovascular fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center, a regional academic center with high structural heart disease volume including TAVR, MitraClip, and complex valve disease.
He has served as an attending cardiologist at a quaternary cardiac center with active programs in advanced heart failure, cardiac transplantation, mechanical circulatory support, and minimally invasive valve interventions — reading in a high-volume echocardiography laboratory across the full spectrum of advanced imaging. His broader work spans published clinical research, AI implementation in cardiovascular medicine, and informatics leadership in digital health.

Comprehensive systolic function assessment including ejection fraction quantification, wall motion analysis, and LV geometry evaluation.
Guideline-concordant diastolic function grading, filling pressure estimation, and hemodynamic profiling for heart failure management.
Quantitative assessment of all four valves — severity grading, morphology, and hemodynamic burden in line with ACC/AHA and ASE standards.
RV size and function, tricuspid regurgitation, pulmonary artery pressure estimation, and right-sided hemodynamic evaluation.
Chamber dimensions, septal morphology, pericardial disease, and detection of clinically significant structural abnormalities.
Standardized, diagnosis-specific reports delivered digitally to the referring provider in a timely fashion via HIPAA-compliant format — designed to integrate with existing workflows.
What We Offer
Designed for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and outpatient practices across the Greater Tampa Bay area that need cardiac imaging without the delays of traditional referrals.
A credentialed cardiac sonographer brings portable equipment directly to you. No patient transport, no scheduling friction, no capital investment required from your side.
Structured, diagnosis-ready interpretations turned around within one business day. Results when your care team needs them — not days later.
Urgent or unexpected findings communicated directly to the referring provider by Dr. Shah — not filtered through a reading pool or automated routing system.
Everything needed for a high-quality diagnostic study arrives with the team. No hardware purchase, maintenance, or credentialing burden on your facility.
Routine and urgent studies accommodated. Designed to fit your existing patient care workflow — batch scheduling available for SNF and ALF partners.
Reports sent digitally in a timely fashion via HIPAA-compliant channels — in a standardized format that fits your existing documentation workflow with minimal disruption.
